What data we collect
Through the contact form on this site we only collect the data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message.
Why we process your data
We use this data solely to reply to your request for information or course enrolment. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the consent you give by submitting the form (Art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep the data only for as long as needed to handle your request. If a request does not lead to an enrolment, the data is deleted within 24 months.
Who it is shared with
Your data is never published or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Notification emails are sent through the Resend service (Resend, Inc.) and the site is hosted on Google Cloud Platform: both act as data processors and may operate on servers located outside the European Union, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising tracking tools.
Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and withdraw the consent you have given, by writing to manoucheclub2010@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
